Sweden’s approach to COVID-19 suggests that Government micromanagement cost lives

Sweden did not impose a lockdown or micromanage its COVID-19 response.  It did issue guidelines about how to flatten the curve by hand washing, distancing, avoiding unnecessary travel, etc.  In the US, Government micromanagement of the COVID-19 response damaged the economy, substantially reduced health care to non COVID-19 patients, and increased the non COVID-19 death rate.  It is likely that the Government micromanagement cost lives.

One more example that Government usually is the problem, not the solution.
